Low-voltage wall lighting for architectural surfaces.
The W Series is designed for exterior walls, entries, pathways, columns, and facade elements where light needs to be controlled from the vertical plane.
Both launch fittings operate as part of the LUMINI low-voltage system and are powered from a remote 12V constant-voltage PSU.
Where to use W Series
- Entries: Use W1 for downward light at doors, gates, and transition points.
- Pathways beside walls: Use W1 to wash light down onto the walking surface.
- Feature walls: Use W2 where an up and down beam is required to define the wall plane.
- Columns and piers: Use W2 to create controlled vertical emphasis without exposed spike fittings.
- Courtyards: Use wall-mounted light where ground fixtures would interrupt paving, planting, or furniture layouts.
W Series lineup
| SKU | Fixture | Output | Beam | Finish |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| LUM-W1-BLK / LUM-W1-BRZ | W1 Wall Down | 7W / > 630 lm | Downward | Matte Black / Bronze |
| LUM-W2-BLK / LUM-W2-BRZ | W2 Wall Up/Down | 14W / > 1260 lm | Up + down | Matte Black / Bronze |
Selecting the right wall light
Choose W1 where the priority is functional downward light: entries, side paths, gates, and circulation beside walls.
Choose W2 where the wall itself is part of the lighting composition. The up and down beam gives stronger architectural definition on columns, feature walls, and facade planes.
For wall wash applications, confirm mounting height, wall texture, viewing angle, and fixture spacing. On textured stone or render, test beam position where possible to manage shadow depth and glare.
